'Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through.

Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it.

This is a kind of death.'

Welcome to Relational Embodied Gestalt Therapy and Supervision

Relational and embodied therapy offers a space to deepen your understanding of yourself, your patterns in the world, and your relationships. It supports you in working through emotional challenges and moving toward a more fulfilling and connected life.

Many people come to counselling or psychotherapy when they face difficulties in relationships or with their emotions, but therapy can also be a place for those who are simply curious about themselves and open to personal growth. It can help you feel more alive, think with greater flexibility, build resilience, and experience more nourishing relationships.

In supervision, I work from an embodied and relational perspective, creating a collaborative space where we can explore both the challenges and the creativity of therapeutic practice. I see supervision as a mutual learning process—one that values presence, dialogue, and the wisdom that emerges in relationship.

I warmly welcome people from many different cultures and backgrounds, diverse in race, sexuality, and life experience. Each encounter is an opportunity to learn both from and with the other, honouring the richness of their journey and the unique wisdom it brings. This diversity shapes and deepens my practice, reminding me that therapy is always a shared exploration, grounded in respect, curiosity, and openness.
